We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order if the size or item is not suitable.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition with:

• Original packaging
• Tags and labels attached
• No signs of wear, washing, use, or damage
• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received

✓ Return & Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect and the issue is reported within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference are not eligible for a refund. In these cases, an exchange may be requested according to our Exchange Policy.

★ Manufacturing Defects

If you receive an item with a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once the item is inspected and the manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
